My Classes
My classes at The Yoga Hall offer children from 2.5 years to 10 years the opportunity to learn yoga in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. Through regular yoga practice children develop their self-confidence, self-awareness and concentration while improving their co-ordination, motor skills and flexibility. Classes include postures, stretching, storytelling, songs, mindfulness, breathing, relaxation and chanting.
